Trying to respond to everones emails was to much whew! [img]wink.gif[/img] heres the scoop- I spoke to a CS lady I think she was sorta I lady of position about some things and through the course of conversation she stated that "many people at Ag start their day by reading fan boards of the company products to see whats going on,etc." She said they have read the "CS said this and that" stuff and are amazed and sometimes amused at the things said.and also at some of the ideas passed around-I said"like you mean the rumor of Jess?" "well I have no idea about this.etc." was something that she said. This lady was VERY nice. I asked her about AGPLA and she stated that sometime between Mar-May she thinks MAYBE the opening should be-not definate though. About Felicitys tea set-It is "historically correct because many people even patriots drank HOMEMADE tea from their gardens etc. " about the chocolate set 'sometimes parts of products become harder and more expensive to get so instead of passing the cost off to customers they retire it.' well thats about it i think [img]graemlins/wonder.gif[/img]

I do believe they read this. I have to confess, the other day when I was so mad I wrote to them, not with anger, but determmination. I also used some of the replies you all sent. I DIDN'T USE ANYONE'S NAME I just wanted them to know I wasn't alone in my disappointment. Well, yesterday I got a call from some big-shot in CS, but I wasn't home, so she left a message and asked me to call her back. She didn't want to reply in mail form, but would like to talk to me over the phone....I haven't called her yet.

yes this is what happened- i sent a rather firery email about the retiring of felicitys chocolate set and they responded with a phone call from a big person at CS-she was nice though.

I know one person for sure that works at AG that knows about this site. I told my PS in Chicago about this site and I told her it has lots of great AG information. I'm not sure if Ingrid reads this board but it would be really cool if she could see what her costumers and other AG fans think. [img]smile.gif[/img]
